Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased through the Mimi So online boutique, the item(s) can be shipped or returned to one of our retail locations within 14 business days of receipt for refund or store credit. All eligible items and original packaging must be returned in unaltered, unworn and sellable condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Locate your order history and find the item you wish to return.
  3. Select the item you wish to return.
  4. Wait for further instructions from our concierge team before shipping your return. Our team will contact you within 1-2 business days to discuss the next steps.

Please note that you should not ship your return until you have heard from our concierge team. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at concierge@mimiso.com.

We recommend you securely your ship your item(s) with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped to Mimi So International, LLC. If you would like to receive an insured shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

After we receive your return, please allow for 2-5 business days for inspection and processing. Upon approval, we will issue a refund or store credit, less the initial shipping charge. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been processed.

Please note that all refunds will be returned to the original method of payment and may take 1-3 business days to appear in your account after the refund has been issued.
