Return Eligibility

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased through the Mimi So online boutique, the item(s) can be shipped or returned to one of our retail locations within 5 business days of receipt for refund or store credit. All eligible items and original packaging must be returned in unaltered, unworn and saleable condition.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our concierge services via email at info@mimiso.com or by calling 212-300-8600. Please do not ship your return without contacting our concierge team first.

We recommend you securely your ship your item(s) with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped to Mimi So International, LLC.

If you prefer to have a return label provided to you, we will email an insured UPS or FedEx shipping label to you. The cost of this return label will be deducted from your refund/store credit.

Once your return is received, please allow 2-5 business days for inspection and processing. Once approved, your refund or store credit will be issued, less the initial shipping charge, and you will receive an email confirmation.

Please note that all refunds will be issued to their original method of payment and may take 1-3 business days after the refund has been issued to be reflected in your account.
