Returns & Exchanges


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all items returned to us must be unaltered, unworn and in a saleable condition. In addition, all returned items must include the original packaging in unworn condition and proof of purchase will be required.

Deposits on made-to-order or special orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. 

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Loose Stones
  • Items that have been engraved or modified, including custom, made-to-order items.

Refunds (if applicable)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchased through the Mimi So online boutique (via the Internet or by telephone) or at a Mimi So retail location, you may return such item (accompanied by your sales receipt) within 5 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you for a full refund by contacting customer care at info@mimiso.com or calling 212-300-8620.  All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mimiso.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping & insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost items shipped to Mimi So International, LLC.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchased through the Mimi So online boutique (via the Internet or by telephone) or at a Mimi So retail location, you may return such item (accompanied by your sales receipt) within 14 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you and elect to: (i) exchange the item for another item available for purchase or (ii) receive a merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item and redeem that credit at a later date.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you via email.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Courtesy Maintenance

Please bring your Mimi So jewelry twice a year for a complimentary steam cleaning and check-up.


For any product fabricated from rough diamonds from January 1, 2003 onward Mimi So International warrants that the diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. Mimi So International hereby guarantees that the diamonds are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds. For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined prior to January 1, 2003, Mimi So International warrants that conflict diamonds will not be knowingly sold and that, to the best of our ability, will undertake reasonable measures to help prevent the sale of conflict diamonds in this country.
