Heirloom of Memories - Alli McCartney

Alli McCartney

"I really love jewelry and fashion and self expression. I started very early in life buying myself a gift every year and as my life has gotten bigger and bigger, those gifts have gotten bigger and bigger."

Meet Alli McCartney, super star UBS managing director, Latin power girl, mom to a 6 year old son and self professed Mimi So jewelry lover.  Alli has been a loyal client and friend to Mimi for many years and is the quintessential self purchaser. "I feel really excited and empowered that I can buy these things for myself," she affirms.

"I really love jewelry and fashion and self expression. I started very early in life buying myself a gift every year and as my life has gotten bigger and bigger, those gifts have gotten bigger and bigger."  She's collected several of Mimi's jewels including pieces from the Phoenix and Piece collections whose intrinsic meanings resonate with her. One of her favorite statement pieces, a  large diamond necklace from the Piece Star collection is a wardrobe staple when she attends conferences and gives speeches. It's what she refers to as her "power emblem." As a banker, Alli works in a male dominated industry and has had to be very strong to hold her own in that environment. She was drawn to the Phoenix collection because she loves the story it represents, rising from the ashes and overcoming adversity.

Alli is the kind of woman who supports other women, and she empowers those with whom she works. For her, the Phoenix is a daily reminder that she can do anything she sets her mind to. The two Phoenix cuffs she owns, one in rose gold with diamonds and another in oxidized gold with sapphires, inspire her to persevere through her challenges. She pays this sentiment forward through her philanthropic work. Alii supports and works closely with a charity called Girls Rising which ensures that girls around the world are educated, empowered and free to reach their full potential. The epitome of Phoenix.
