The Mimi So Fragrance Collection is a deeply personal trilogy of scents three years in the making. Comprising Piece, Jackson, and Wonderland, the collection translates Mimi So's philosophy of jewelry as storytelling into an entirely new sensory language -- an olfactory extension of 30 years of artistry, craft, and self-expression.
Mimi So Beauty ships to the continental United States (excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii). We are currently not able to deliver shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, military states, U.S. territories, or international locations.
We ship orders within 3 business days from the day the order is placed. We ship perfume via ground transport; shipping time can take 1-7 days. All shipments are shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery.
All fragrance orders over $100 receive free FedEx Ground delivery. There is a $10 FedEx Ground delivery fee for all fragrance orders under $100.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM EST. All orders placed after 3:00PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Returns
If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 10 days of receipt, you may initiate a return request by emailing fragrance@mimiso.com and referencing your order number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will only be accepted with original packaging unopened and the product in salable condition. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt of the return, to the original credit card.
